Group Coaching for Highly Sensitive Men

An 8-week program with one 1.5 hours group coaching call per week.

This class is for men who identify as highly sensitive and have felt alone, felt scapegoated by society and misunderstood, confused, unworthy at times, uncertain identity, lack of emotional support, like you don’t belong or can’t find your tribe. If you grew up in a narcissistic family or a family that just did not get you, you likely struggle with making decisions, self doubt, truly knowing what you want or what you deserve, possible codependency, love addiction or avoidance.

We will work through inner child injury, connection to higher self, true self and healing the emotional wounds that come from such experiences.

This is a weekly class for anyone who is a highly sensitive male and wants to relate to others like you.
